Liked: Good location we had a ground floor staff very friendly room large clean
Disliked: The coffee maker had not been used in sometime so it had dust in the area to put water so I had to wash it out. Air conditioner heater vents to rooom were needing to be dusted off.I was up loading car at 4:30 am saw a young lady in parking lot meet a guy on a small bike looked like a drug deal to me.

Disliked: Visited this hotel in the second half of the August. We have arrived to the hotel at about 8:45PM. The first room that was provided to us was with super dirty floor (my baby daughter`s bare feet became black within a minute). The room was missing towels as well. After I went for the second time to the reception I was provided with another room which door lock was faulty - it took me 2 times to go back and forth to it with different keys until the staff went by himself to check the door lock and verify that it was faulty. At the end I was provided with 3rd room, which was a downgrade to the room that was booked. The 3rd room`s carpet was also dirty, but at least not as the first room, and assuming that it was already 10:15PM and my baby daughter was still awake, we decided to stay in that room. When I mentioned that to the receptionist, he told me that he can`t do anything right now (even didn`t apologized for all the inconvenience) and I need to discuss with someone from the morning shift. That evening I spent about hour and a half just to get the room.In the morning, I went to reception and was mentioned that can`t do any refund as the room was booked through the booking and that I need to speak with their manager who will be the next day. In addition receptionist blamed colleague from the day before for all the inconvenience as "he was a new hire". The next day manager once again wasn`t there, but I was assured that the hotel left a message to the booking with request to refund me due to the downgraded room. After few days when I didn`t receive and refund, I`ve contacted booking but they didn`t get any message from the hotel. It took me another 3 weeks to finally get my refund after multiple messages to booking with evidence upload of the booked and the received rooms, and multiple phone calls from booking to the hotel to get the needed approval for the refund.

Excellent value for a budget...

Liked: Excellent value for money in the budget hotel category. The breakfast exceeded expectations: waffles with fruit compote, sausages, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, lots of pastries. Very comfortable king size bed, with good pillows, large TV, good wifi. This is an older property, but the owners are working hard to update it.
Disliked: Some minor maintenance issues. The clerk was friendly, but wasn’t able to answer questions about the room. We have a small dog, which we told them about and paid for his stay, but he insisted we sign a waiver stating we didn’t have a dog! Perhaps a bit better training and some tweaking to the documentation?

Liked: The room was huge! The bathroom was very nice, handicapped and the shower was great! The refrigerator worked well. The breakfast was very good and provided a lot of variety.
Disliked: Can't think of many things I would change. Maybe more towels in the bathroom. And directions on how to use the TV as we couldn't figure out how to make it be on more than one channel.
