Disliked: Room in state of disrepair. Bathroom door not functional. Paint spatter on floor and in tub.

Liked: The location was perfect. Having to walk to get around so with it being close to downtown it was perfect. The beds were extremely soft and comfortable. They were clean. The air and heat worked great.
Disliked: I requested a handicapped unit. The doors were wide enough for my daughters chair but there was no way for her to shower and I couldn't get her to the toilet without having to carry her. The beds were nice but they were too high for me to lift her on to. The floors were dirty and had chips under the chair. The bathroom toilet paper holder was falling off th wall. The bathroom door hit the toilet when opening it. The TV would not connect to the wifi. Plugging my phone charger up into vanity outlet tried the breaker then there was no power in the vanity section amd bathroom and shower. That never got fixed. I was unable to shower due to the lights. My daughter was unable to shower. The unit door would not shut unless you slammed it or put your whole body in to it. The location was on the very backside of the the complex with nothing bit consecutive crew workers around. With just being 2 females we felt vulnerable. Breakfast was already put away by time I got there. The fridge ice box was just a solid mass of ice.
