Couldn’t wait to get out...

Liked: I have been staying here 3-4 times a year for the last 6 years. Great location for my trip.
Disliked: This time, the room LOOKED nice and clean, but the smell suggested otherwise. It was very musty and not “fresh”. I worried about the carpet needing cleaning or the room needed fresh air or something. Which made me question the cleanliness of the bedspread, the pillows, the bathroom etc. I went to Family Dollar and bought disinfectant spray and tried to spray everything. Maybe the air-filtration system needs cleaning, I don’t know, but I didn’t even want to take a shower…just sleep fast and leave.Also, the tv did not have many or any local channels so we couldn’t watch the news.All in all, I hope I can find a more comfortable clean hotel for next time. For the high price, it was not worth it.

Liked: Location and cleanliness great.
Disliked: Mostly was staff - unfriendly and room stocked with 2 towels in room- we had 3 people. Asked for more and told none available. Padlock on pool gate so had to have front desk help . Towels for pool thread bare.

Liked: Everything was so clean, breakfast was excellent and so easy with my reservation to get my room. I was very late because of delay in flight and came in at 1:30 in the morning very tired but as soon as we got to the room it was perfect!!
