Disappointed from prior stay!

Liked: Close to town
Disliked: First room had to change due to stopped up commode and air was not cooling properly and room was very musty smelling. We changed rooms and it was not as musty but woke up to a huge cock.roach that was climbing the bathroom door.The refrigerator needed to be attended to as apparently the coils needed cleaning to prevent it from freezing our groceries.The attendant at the desk seemed more concerned about either a past employee or someone she was complaining about in front of me to another possible employee ignoring me until I finally interrupted to ask a question.We stayed here again due to we were on the backside by pool last time as room was great and been updated and we thought that was the case this stay.

Quality Inns are our go...

Liked: The staff was greatPlenty of towels
Disliked: It was a non smoking room, but reeked of cigarettes, we came home and all our clothing smelled of cigarettes, the man next door ( maybe a resident there smoked right outside his room and we had to walk through the smoke to get to our vehicle, not good for my asthma.The mattresses smelled of old sweat. Bedding was clean, but the mattress itself smelled of sweat.Breakfast waffles, biscuits and gravy and coffee were great, eggs and sausage tasted like were just thawed out.
