Liked: Location on the strip, even though it wasn't the location we had selected.
Disliked: Attendant was rarely at the desk, request for extra towels was not honored until 11:30PM, breakfast was not monitored well, food was often cold or gone completely and staff was no where to be found to get more.

Liked: Sense of privacy even with it being in the strip and access to lots of things to do with it being in the strip.
Disliked: I had a wedding ring in its box in my luggage and never took it out due to my husband forgetting to bring his. When I made it home I opened the box and my ring wasn’t there. I called the property to report it and the man at the front desk was very unhelpful. I made a claim on my ring and need the front desk to send an email or letter stating I contacted them regarding the ring but I literally can never get them on the phone. Everytime I call nobody answers. Even when I called originally the guy didn’t even take my info down so I had to call back to give him my information and he said he would check it out and I never heard back. The staff made this stay terrible. I made amends with the thought of not finding my ring but it would be a little helpful if the staff actually cared about their guest or even tried to answer the phone.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and beyond accommodating although very understaffed during our stay.
Disliked: The place is a bit outdated, but seemed clean where we stayed. The rooms seem to be in the midst of some repairs and upgrades.

Disliked: our room had two beds, one mattress was fine the other was completely wore out. Unfortunately, one of us had to sleep on it. It was bad. The room it self was clean but the bathroom door was in bad shape and room dirty. There was a piece of sheetrock 2'x2' just laying upright by the door and did not seal the weather. This hotel room needs attention....
