Disliked: There is lack of room amenities. For example, we expected free water and tooth kits. Also, there was a tea/coffee maker but it was without jar.

Christmas time in Branson

Liked: Very convenient to places. Dog friendly hotel. Breakfast available, Cathy had it hot and ready every day. Made it great every day. The two days she was off, the other staff lady ( can not remember her name)did awesome also. Housekeeping prompt prompt. Just exchanged towels out due to dogs. Staff friendly. Jacuzzi room is awesome!
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. Nice location on the strip.
Disliked: I booked 2 rooms for us and another couple. Our room only had some yellow stuff built up on the toilet. We only had 1 chair. The other room had a large gap at the bottom of the door, and the curtain had tears all over it. We checked in on Saturday. The hot tub was cold, and on Sunday, the jets weren't working. The water looked cloudy, and there was no smell of chlorine. The hand rail is very loose.

Liked: Easy location of property.
Disliked: Asked for a pool view room. Room I wanted was 3305/3306. The room I was in was nasty. No microwave. Smelled weed all night long from down the hall ,room repairs were atrocious. I have stayed here several times. Couldn't use pool or hot tub due to our location and to cold to walk back after it's use. Just was not happy with this stay.

Liked: Location and price.
Disliked: Shower floor was very soft, like you were going to fall through. I asked for an extra pillow and they charged for it. You definitely need to bring your own. The bed needed to be flipped, we kept rolling to the middle. The bathroom needed an update. Room size was small. You had to go across the property for the ice machine. The people above us was partying most of the night and never could get ahold of the front desk to ask them to quite down.
