I loved the front desk...

Liked: Loved the lady at the front desk she was amazing !!! Took good care of me!! Very friendly!!!

Disliked: It's 8 am they is knocking on my daughter room door for house keeping they said 3 times we was still on the room the lady still came in the room it's 10 am they beating our door down checkout now til 11 I told the guy 3 time we still in there he still knocking the hot tub didn't work it was over flowing the maintenance guy literally sweep the water in to the pool that was so nasty we alwaya stays there never had problems like we did

Disliked: The room was ice cold when we got there; The TV did not work at all; the ice machine was broken; and I do not believe I am owed anything, but the breakfast was not as advertised (no eggs, sausage); and the coffee machine was broke both days.
