Disliked: READ do not make the same mistake i did. I arrived from Miami at 11 PM, only to realize that the hotel does not have an elevator. First Issue. Upon entering the room, I found green gum on the notepad over the desk, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Exhausted, I decided to stay overnight, but when I woke up, I discovered two live crickets around the bed and some roaches in the bathroom. I immediately decided to check out and find another hotel nearby.The receptionist acknowledged the cricket issue but informed me that she couldn't refund me for the remaining two nights, as I had booked through Booking.com. Two months later, I am still trying to recover the money for the nights I did not stay. I regret not taking pictures of the crickets and roaches when I left, but it seems unfair that I am unable to get a refund for the nights I did not use. I wish the hotel would be more forthcoming and at least refund me for the nights I did not stay.By the way, I highly recommend booking at Best Western, where you can enjoy a much more pleasant and comfortable stay
