Disliked: Check-in is at 3PM. There were three customers in front of me in line, yet it took 45 minutes for me to get checked in because there was one person working behind the counter -- on a Saturday? Poor management. I get that it's an older run down motel, but the carpets along the hallways looked like they hadn't been vaccumed, let alone washed, in years. My partner is dealing with a bad knee and the place has no elevator to get to the second floor. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the next room.

Liked: Staff was very rude, I called and spoke to a lady was trying to ask a question and she started yelling at me, to the point that other people with me could hear her on my ear buds, she told me u did this don't lie, never book here again, we will cancel your reservation if we see it. She hang up on my I called back and my husband started to see if he could be the voice of reason to ask about getting a email in regards to what was going on and the same thing she hang up again, once we got the email we a third part call and she would pick up the phone then hang it up. Not even a word. This went on for 2 times.

Liked: . The price wasn't bad. It was really close to the area we wanted to check out. Also the continental breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: The room was really close to the freeway. So we got non stop road noise all night. Plus the room smelled like pee, which was weird. It only smelled like pee when the heat kicked in. That was also a thing, the rooms thermostat didn't work at all. So there was no way to turn off the heat, turn it up/down or turn on the air.
