Clean your rooms this is...

Liked: Tracy is horrible. Bad customer service. You should be ashamed of yourself. Hopefully no one is as rude and evil to you as you are to your paying guest.
Disliked: The room was a disaster. A dirty mess

Liked: Room 125 is my FAVORITE room to use when the Handicapped rooms are busy.
Disliked: Well actually, I would have loved to have had a heavy blanket as I get cold easy, but otherwise all was very nice.
