Liked: We left an item in the room. We returned to get it 30 to 45 minutes after checking out and the staff was very helpful and friendly in helping us to get into the room and find our stuff.

Liked: Breakfast was great, with many options. The staff were very kind and friendly.
Disliked: The facilities look dated and maybe think about replacing the carpet.

Liked: The room was never cleanly and nice! The bed was very comfortable! The front desk worker when we checked in was amazing! He was very welcoming and informative!
Disliked: Two things that I wish were different are that all the pillows were way to soft for my liking! Usually hotels have one soft and one harder pillow for each side of the bed and there were only soft pillows on our bed! The other thing is that there were not that many channels to watch. We wanted to watch a few football games but there was only one available on the few channels that were available.
