Very disappointed
Liked: Game room
Disliked: The pool was broke and was not told untill atfer check in

Liked: Loved the atrium and how the rooms were set up around it. Had a small "arcade" for the kids to enjoy.
Disliked: That the pool and hot tub were not operational, and that it wasn't mentioned anywhere when booking the room.

Disliked: The friend I had with me her room had bed bugs,she had to switch rooms at 2:00 am in the morning. She didn't get any sleep..

Worst experience ever..
Liked: Checked in late. Did not immediately go to bed. When we did, found bed was broken. Too late to change rooms so endured the night. Next morning, notified front desk of broken bed. Was asked why didn't report immediately. Told them too late. Was pretty much accused of breaking bed and was informed of damage fee of $250.00. After arguing with manager, we checked out of Quality in and moved to a Best Western. WILL NOT be staying at this hotel again and will think twice about staying at ANY QUALITY INN for future stays. Checking out was best part of this experience.
Disliked: Whole attitude of manager. Impression was put towards me and my family due to my size, that was reason for broken bed. Felt insulted and embarrassed by whole incident. Instead of trying to make situation better it was made worse by repeating the $250 damage fee for room and contents. My uncle prepaid for this room for me. I rented an extra room to accommodate other family members that accompanied me for a family visit. I informed my uncle on Sat. of incident.
