Fairly decent but no hot...

Liked: It was on Main floor. So no way for me to get lost-lol.
Disliked: The shower.. um. Basically no hot water. There was about a centimeter on the temp thing that I could turn my tap to to get decent warm water. Everywhere else on the tap was COLD water. NOT ok.

Liked: Was conveniently located.
Disliked: The first night and next morning we had no hot water to shower. Called the front desk and were simply advised to let it "run" for 5min. This did not help. The next day we came back from hockey and advised that we had no hot water and wanted a different room. They told us that the boiler had been out and now they had it working again. Noone informed us of this until we asked. The shower and water left a sandy filament on us and in the bottom of the shower. The bathtub looks like it needed to be repaired or replaced. The coffee machine didn't work. Not worth the $400 for two nights.
