Good value, in a safe...

Liked: Breakfast was great! A good selection and a large dining area. Biscuits and gravy, baby!The hot water is HOT!
Disliked: We did see one roach. I stayed in this hotel a couple months before and didn't see any. It was freezing outside (literally), so...

Bad

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: The place wreaked of smoke. The room was filthy. The floors were sticky and disgusting. The sheets/bedding was disturbed so not sure if it was clean-almost looked like someone had been in the bed before me.
