Disappointed
Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There were 3 hairs in the bathroom. Feces was on the toilet seat. Stain on the comforter. Dried blood on the little flap to turn the heater/ac on or off. Another room was offered to us late in the night. We already were in our jammies and had our meds. Traveled 2 hrs to get there after work and I was exhausted. You don't want to see the pictures. I am waiting for a reply email from Choice Hotels customer service staff.

Poor Housekeeping and Pest Control
Liked: The room was spacious and had decent amenities, including a comfortable bed, a functional workspace, and a quiet environment. The furniture and layout were practical for both work and relaxation. Additionally, the location was convenient, and check-in was smooth.
Disliked: Cleanliness and pest control were major concerns. I found an insect crawling on the desk—on the second floor—which raises questions about infestation and hotel maintenance. Seeing bugs at this level suggests poor pest control, possible structural gaps, or housekeeping issues. The carpet also had visible dirt and stains, adding to the lack of cleanliness. The hallways were stuffy, and the carpet was pretty old and dirty. Overall, the hotel has potential, but management needs to improve pest prevention and housekeeping standards to provide a more comfortable stay.

Hot tub has a bacteria...
Liked: Everything was fine except the hot tub
Disliked: It was all good until we entered the hot tub. Son and I got out and we now have “rashes” that burn when water is applied looked it up and it’s “A rash that appears after using a hot tub and burns when water is applied is most likely a "hot tub rash" or "Pseudomonas folliculitis," caused by bacteria like Pseudomonas aeruginosa in poorly maintained hot tub water, which can irritate the skin and cause a burning sensation when wet; this is usually due to contaminated water and can appear as red, itchy bumps, especially where a swimsuit held water against the skin. “ Cause: Bacteria like Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the hot tub water. This is unacceptable and my baby is in pain!
