Horrible hotel

Liked: I didn't like anything, the front desk clerk told me to park across the street in the parking garage, never said first floor only, I Parked on the 2 nd floor and got 2 tickets in 3 hours and I paid the hotel $10 to park in the parking garage, worst hotel on the oceanfront, no hot water breakfast sucked do not stay here.

Liked: Location is fine, but construction was horrible. Did not warn us of this.
Disliked: Front entrance was blocked with construction dumpster.

Liked: good location close to the beach and from downtown shopping
Disliked: there was no hot water in the shower, the microwave didn't work the bed was not comfortable needs some major upgrades curtains were dirty couch was horribly stained

Disliked: No hot water. Breakfast was horrible. My bathroom was dirty. Fruit flies constantly. Construction going on. There's no front door parking to unload when there's no parking. You unload your vehicle from the public parking garage which is about 5 minute walk. That hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Which they were doing.
