Disliked: The reception couldn’t get me checked my room was paid for through booking.com I had my confirmation In everything it was a mess it took us a hour to get checked in but booking.com took care of problem in called them staff was very untrained she kept making phone calls

Liked: We stayed in room 212 and there were roaches. On the first night a cock roach crawled on my daughter’s face. She woke up screaming. The 2nd night there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Liked: Need more than 2 towels if you book for 4 people. Had to keep going asking for towels for 4 people every night, inconvenient.

Loved the Staff

Liked: I've stayed at this location a few times. This time we were there for Mardi Gras on the weekend of February 28th. The staff is great. Everyone is so nice and courteous. I was allowed to check in over the phone because we were having a few issues getting there and didn't know when we would arrive. The young lady that was servicing the breakfast area was awesome! She told us about a few local spots to try. She was so resourceful and helpful. She went above and beyond for my family and I. Thanks!!!
