I appreciated the early check in since we were coming from out of town and pretty tired.

Liked: As soon as you walked into the room you could smell it was clean. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Small bathroom space.

We attended the George Strait concert at the Tacoma Dome and wanted to stay close by. Quality Inn in Fife was the perfect answer and was both reasonably priced and conveniently located. We planned to take a taxi to the concert, but with a very long wait we took our car, and all worked out well. The breakfast they supplied was very nice and had us on the road early the next day.

Liked: Great location; friendly staff; nice clean rooms with microwave and fridge.

Liked: In a busy high traffic area, you can hear the cars and all the noise.
Disliked: No cameras for parking. The beds were sunken in, the sheets were dirty, you could tell someone had slept in them before. The pillows were really flat, very uncomfortable. I did not get a good nights sleep. This place is very run down and needs a lot of work.

Comfy and Good Value.

Liked: Large comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast (way better than expected) and handy location to Tacoma (with your own car), easy drive to SeaTac and Seattle.
Disliked: Other guests leaving early and being less than considerate, making excessive noise.

Liked: The accessibility for my handicap father was convenient.
Disliked: the front office failed to reserve my additional night correctly. I was woken up my a call from the hotel asking of I was ready to leave. I told them I had purchased an additional night in person in the office. they couldn't find the reservation, and made me come down and pay again for the additional night, but for 40+ dollars more than they charged when I first reserved and payed. completely defeated the purpose of buying an additional night to sleep in and relax. the breakfast selection is dismal. also, there was an additional $100 deposit for the room. completely unexpected and inconvenient.

Disliked: The lady at the check in desk was very rude and would not check her screen appropriately. She said our reservation was for the next day . I made the reservation at 11:48 pm on the day of arrival . And she turned us away laughing . We are 77 and 75 years old .
