Overall great

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised of the Decor and Cleanliness of the building. It didn’t smell stale and the breakfast was good once again.
Disliked: My first room was in room 317 and to my surprise it had roaches. I chose this hotel again because I was here a couple weeks prior and my stay was great. However the staff quickly moved me to the second floor and my experience was much better. I’ll just stay away from the 3rd floor lol. I also left my speaker and when I called to ask about it they were kind enough to hold it for me and I picked it up the next day so thank you. Staff was very polite and nice as usual. My overall stay was great just please get that room exterminated. In my opinion someone brought them in the hotel because it’s very well kept and cleaned and I have OCD and each time I wipe the rooms down and I find nothing extra so that’s a good sign. I will be back just hold the roaches lol

Liked: The man on the phone hung up on was rude as ever! The place was filthy and had coco roaches !
Disliked: It was dirty and had roaches

Disliked: Was hoping for just a little bit better breakfast, but was good for the price of the stay. Bacon!!!

Would never go again

Liked: Dog show going on n wasn’t told when we booked. Put us on floor with all BARKING dogs. Clerk moved us after we informed him
Disliked: The Continental breakfast was TERRIBLE. Everything was cold n distasteful

Decent stay for the price...

Liked: Good location. Close to amenities and Kings Dominion amusement park.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay, but that coffee from the machine is awful.
