Disliked: Most of the extra facilities were broken. If your pools broken you should probably state that, or maybe try and get it fixed. They said it had been broken for a while. A “smoke free” hotel and the room next to ours was so horrible and smelly the first time we walked in we smelt it in our room. They said they had been there for a while and they handled it by extra charging them… like what ?! Not okay.

Awful and scary.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. It was probably the worst place I have ever stayed in, in my life.
Disliked: It was extremely dirty, very scary/creepy, the place needs a complete renovation.

Disliked: Pool was not available like stated.. almost did not get a refund, was told that Booking.com states that the pool is closed when in fact it does not.

Disliked: Everything you got pictures of hot tub in the room and the pool was broke

Liked: The breakfast was disappointing. There was very few options and what they did have was limited. The juice from the machine was not mixed correctly. I ended up throwing out most of what I tried to put together for a “breakfast”.
