I will never book here...

Liked: When I attempted to check in for the first time, they didn’t have any available or cleaned rooms. When I returned the second time, they again informed me that there were no clean rooms available. To make matters worse, they gave my reserved room to a walk-in guest, despite the fact that I had already paid for it. This situation didn’t happen to just me; there were about 20 other people waiting in the lobby for a room as well. In addition to everything else I mentioned, the lady informed me that my room was not paid for and that she was not obligated to give me a refund because she claimed she didn’t see any payment. I logged into my banking account and confirmed that my card had indeed been charged, which meant she was attempting to keep my funds.
Disliked: Everything!! Poor customer service.
