A great hotel in a...

Liked: I was given a Fabulous waterfront view- loved it! The historical location and surrounding area are really beautiful. Staff at the reception, breakfast dining room and in housekeeping are all friendly and helpful- especially at the reception desk. Our room was very well-appointed and comfortable, particularly the bed which was fresh and no hair on the linens. Staff thoughtfully left me a welcome back note and small snacks- such a kind, special surprise- thank you! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet which is well prepared and has an abundance to choose from. The waterfront dining room is a great place to start the day!
Disliked: The vanity soap dispenser was broken, but I could use the shower dispenser instead.

Liked: We loved the free coffee, ice cream, popcorn and cake! Also the small kids play area and games. The room was comfortable and big enough for a family of 4. Having a mini fridge was convenient. The shower was powerful and hot. We enjoyed the breakfast and the bar was nice for a drink in the evening. It was a short walk to the tram / buses
