Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quite at night. Breakfast was truly as fabulous as many of the comments suggested.
Disliked: A minor thing - the window could not be opened even slightly to let in some fresh air.

Liked: Location is ok. Staff is doing their best. Breakfast was good (but not the coffee).
Disliked: View from my window on the 4th floor. Some really dirty incident in my room (no details, but that was not good cleaning before me). Coffee for breakfast was not good. Really uncomfortable beds.

Comfortable modern hotel with excellent...

Liked: Modern comfortable hotel, very nice rooms. Excellent and plentiful selection at breakfast, including several Scandinavian options. Loved the shuffleboard in the lobby.
Disliked: Complimentary hot drinks are provided in the lobby if you sign up but at times there was a shortage of cups and dirty cups were left all over the lobby
