Liked: This hotel is value for money! The room was so clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: We liked everything about the hotel.

Disliked: Only thing is that the pool area was not accessible due to not being staffed. Reception advised they are not responsible for staffing as not part of the hotel complex. If it is open guests can use it.

Very comfortable rooms and friendly...

Liked: Plenty of space in the room and the lounge chair and coffee table made it very comfortable. The air conditioning was also much appreciated as the weather was hot. We also liked the conservatory cafe for breakfast and coffee right on our doorstep. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We didn't like that the swimming pool was part of a gym and we had to fill in forms and couldn't swim closer to our rooms with family who were also staying at the hotel. There was some road noise but it wasn't too bad. The set up in the bathroom was a little awkward with the toilet behind the door and not much room to maneuvre. Serious thought could be given to making the shower smaller and relocating the toilet.
