Liked: Nothing. To call it Quality Hotel & Suites is misleading. It is not quality.
Disliked: The general state of repair.

Not typical of other Quality...

Liked: The location was excellent for getting on the 410 to go to Lennoxville. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The young man that was on the desk was very congenial and tried to be helpful when we expressed difficulties accessing a room on the lower level. We enjoyed a good breakfast at the on-site restaurant. We opted to order off the menu and were given a $15.00 credit for our coupons, which was appreciated.
Disliked: The first impression was that of an entrance that was overgrown and the concrete steps were in ill-repair. We did not see any where that made it accessible to the lobby. We carried our luggage down a flight of stairs from an outside door, only to find out that we could have parked outside our room and take the luggage in through the patio door. When checking the patio door we discovered we could not lock it and there was no security bar. We did not bring this to the attention of the front desk, which we should have. However, we felt there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation be giving us another room since we had already been told they were completely full as a result of Home Coming Weekend.
