Polite and courteous staff.

Liked: Close to Rapids Theatre.
Disliked: Not too much around open or restaurants.

We found several beer caps in the room, one of which my son stepped on barefooted and cut his foot. There were also dirty Q-tips on the floor alongside the bed from someone cleaning their ears. Although dated, the rest of the hotel was clean. I would have the room maids step up on their job however.

Liked: Staff was professional and friendly and made it easier to overlook the lack of cleanliness.
Disliked: Room was dirty.

Nice little hotel with all...

Liked: Conveniently located not too far from the falls. We enjoyed the dip in the pool & hot tub. Staff were all very friendly & courteous! The breakfast was decent & we appreciated the parking included in the stay! Would definitely stay here again!

HEALTH INSPECTOR CALLED- NOT SAFE...

Liked: I honestly didnt like anything about this location from the beginning.
Disliked: The breakfast that is served from the same dining area and kitchen as Papa Johns was packet oatmeal and take and go cereal bowls served to you on top of MOUSE FUR, MOUSE BLOOD, MOUSE FECES AND 15 SNAP-STYLE TRAPS from Orkin what were baited with peanut butter in the cabinets 3 feet under the continental breakfast with bagel, toast, fruit and various other foods and utensils guests are provided. The ice machine on the first floor contains a significant amount of mold and things growing both inside the ice bay and the dispensing spout. Called the health department and they sent an inspector out immediately. Not even 18 hours into our stay. I drank the ice before I found out how dangerous this place was. We were refunded the last 2 nights of our stay and left after feeling very unwelcome and unsafe and being rudely shrugged off by the manager and all but told that we should leave by him. He called it preventative maintenance and tried to blame a local building being torn down, another employee said that we grew up with mice so it wasnt as serious as it was made to be. We were also told that we were the first guests to even stay in our room with dogs and they way our boys immediately started fixating on certain spots told a different story.
