Liked: The hotel was really clean and the breakfast was perfect. Ita had a big variety for everyone's taste. Bus stops were really close, that enable access to the center. Every member of the crew was ready to help, and they all spoke English.

Good stay

Liked: Fastidious clean. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: There were construction works in the hotel so could get noisy at times.

Disliked: The noise in the room due to the modernization works is just unacceptable. And it started very early in the morning. The restaurant is subpar.

Liked: Very good breakfast, everything was clean
Disliked: Only two elevators and one was constatnly broken. The stairs were closed between level 2 and the ground level, so going to the room and out of the hotel took way too long (I waited for the elevator almost 15 minutes to get out of the hotel!!) with the elevator being packed and stopping at every floor, making me miss my bus and almost late for a very important thing I had to attend. Also, I understand there are renovations going on but they started drilling and making a lot of noise already before 8 am which was way too early. The rooms could be more comfy if they put more comfortable chairs in the rooms, and there is no place to put toiletries in the shower.
