Staff were very helpful, everything...
Liked: We had breakfast and it was very nice. The stuff was absolutely amazing friendly happy couldn't ask for any better.
Disliked: Everything was very nice staff, room, no complaints at all. You have exceptional staff. We have stayed here before and that's why we're back.

The worst place I have...
Disliked: I had made a reservation at this property through booking.com. I arrived at the property around 1am and the person at reception said that they could not recognise my booking. This was really frustrating and sad to hear as I had travelled from far to the hotel in the middle of the night. I showed the person at reception my booking.com reservation and they said they couldn't help me. I had to persist by telling them that booking.com is recognised internationally by several hotels. They then managed to find my reservation after 30 minutes but said that booking.com did not synch with their systems, which made me really upset. They then called their colleague and confirmed that they can give me a room as per my reservation. The person at reception was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. They asked me a card for payment and then said that they cannot accept debit cards. In the UK it is common to use debit cards and it did not say anywhere in their terms and conditions that they cannot accept debit cards. After 30 minutes of arguing which resulted in me crying, they called their colleague and confirmed that they can accept the debit card provided that I pay a CAD 200 refundable deposit, which I did. It took 1 hour to gain access to a room that I had made a reservation for. I was so stressed and disturbed by the experience that I did not sleep the whole night. A horrible experience.
