Liked: Was clean. Comfy bed. Hot strong shower
Disliked: No cutlery or crockery in room. Not told there is no service. Stayed next to a long term customer who played very loud music till late in the night and smoked in his room. Smoke smell in corridor and my room. I was offered to move - which I declined as it was too difficult to start packing then unpacking again. Staff did tell this client to keep the noise down however the smoking continued.
