Central location. Comfortable bedroom.

Liked: Bedroom was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Corridors were very tired. On arrival our booking was not found. It took several attempts to get into our room due to a misunderstanding. Hotel parking was full. We had not booked parking. We found on street parking nearby which was free overnight but required payment from 9am.

Good value for short stay

Liked: Great location for the town and the train station. Room was of ample size for 3 of us. Room with a side view of the lake & fortunate to see the northern lights. Breakfast had many options and was kept stocked.

Liked: Breakfast was great with a lot of options, and even cold breakfast available from 04:40 which is great if you have an early flight. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also good.
Disliked: The room was on the main street and you hear everything, from cars passing to people talking, this can be quite annoying when you try to sleep early.

Disliked: - Our room had NO hand soap - Empty Bottle. - Spider web in our room. - In dairy room/restaurant there was no cleaned table, all tables had dishes on it. I saw other guest had to wipe off their table before they could use it. - Empty cans, they didn’t refill up etc cream for pancakes. - Workers didn’t ask us if we were satisfied or not with our staying. I’ve been to this hotel before and it has never been bad like this. For 200$ for one single night in this condition is unbelievable. In this condition a fair price would be 75$
