Liked: Great breakfast
Disliked: A lot of noise during the night. I called reception and nothing was done. There was a couple having a loud argument next door to my room. I haven't slept. Too expensive for not being able to sleep.

Liked: My stay was functional, had an Dominos pizza and a mall which was easy to walk to.
Disliked: The shower was not working very well and the walls were very thin.

Short, sweet and functional

Liked: Hampstead area was very beautiful and this hotel was near a station which was easy to walk to.
Disliked: Food was served in the basement area, which is pitty because the view was beautiful.

Highly recommended.

Liked: Comfortable room, nice decor, excellent breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. A great luxury to be able to open the window.
Disliked: I was there for a week. The bathroom floor did not get cleaned and I was left to use the same drinking glasses all week.
