Liked: The staff are second to none. I will be forever grateful for their warmth, friendliness and dedication to hospitality. Nothing is too much and there is a very genuine sense of community. Given my personal circumstances and reason for my stay, this was actually a magical experience. I cannot express how grateful I am to have stayed here. Thank you.

Liked: The room has been kept clean. The location is perfect for driving and using the tube. Free parking is amazing!!! The breakfast is included and very good. The staffs are friendly and kind. I enjoyed staying this hotel, and I will recommend my friends.

Comfortable but initially stressful

Disliked: I booked the hotel stay for my 19 year old daughter, she arrived at 8pm on her own and was made to wait for 15 mins at reception as no staff and she was already nervous as was solo. The hotel was fine but wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers
