Liked: If I had to pick something to like, I would say the reception area
Disliked: Where to start, full length crack in the bathroom sink, cracks in floor tile of bathroom and movement of the floor under the tiles.Bedroom floor at cupboard where the very hot fridge was kept had missing floorboard.The bed was like a trampoline,beautiful ornate fountain not working properly water green and dirty.

Not pram or wheelchair friendly!

Liked: We booked a room and requested a cot which was provided, however when we arrived (with a pram for 4 month old baby) we were told our room was only accessible by a steep flight of stairs - no lift access. The staff were initially not willing to move us because of the cot that was set up... It was a fold up portacot that they only agreed to move once we said we could do it ourselves.On the second day of our stay, the gate which provided the only access without stairs into the hotel was locked so we were forced to climb some steep steps with a pram to even get into the hotel!You wouldn't want to be in a wheelchair and stay here! The room we were moved to was very spacious and the bed was comfortable so if you don't mind access issues it's ok!

Deceptive street front and reception,...

Liked: When you walk into the receptions it is very nice and the reception staff are fantastic. But as you walk up the stairs and enter the rabbit warren of narrow passageways the appeal quickly dissipates. The room was a bit dates and could do with a better clean. The worst shower I have ever experience in my life, little water pressure that suddenly changes from hot to cold. Great location but I just wont be back mainly due to how bad the shower was. The dated, worn, unclean room I can live with but it you can’t sleep or shower then the whole thing is a bit pointless.
Disliked: Shower, randomly changes from hot too cold with litter water pressure. Felt like a death trap if there was a fire or any type of emergency with so many twist and turns down narrow passage to find the room. Dated and worn our decor.
