Hotel night staff refused to...

Disliked: During my stay, I had a medical emergency. Due to having a British phone carrier I experienced issues with calling the medical emergency services and had no other alternative then asking the hotel staff at the desk.However, the night staff of the hotel refused to lend me a phone nor call the emergency services for me and I had to find a taxi to take me to the emergency centre at the hospital myself. I was told by the staff that other potential guests needed to call and the night staff down prioritised me as a guest at their hotel in my moment of desperation to call the medical emergency services.I will never ever stay at this hotel again, in fact, I would rather stay at a homeless shelter if I knew they would have the decency to help someone in a emergency situation.It is shameful and disgraceful how a hotel staff is allowed to work in hospitality when they refuse to do the bare minimum such as calling medical emergency services for someone in need as well as the discrimination of staying a guest being treated as subhuman scum for staying at their hotel.As far as I am aware, there are plenty more hotels in Kristianstad with similar hotel room standard and pricing, anyone would be better off booking with those hotels instead since hotel grand have made their priorities very clear or lack of priorities in customer service.

Liked: Spacy rooms, good reception staff. Regular keys was given they don’t have key cards.
