Liked: Excellent breakfast, quality of service was great, staff was really friendly. Great location if you are going to Globen or other arenas nearby. Also very close to the t-bana station
Disliked: rooms are slightly outdated

Liked: The staff were very helpful and nice. The lobby was very beautiful. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The corridors where dirty. Room placement where odd. We had to go on the 5th floor with elevator and then down one floor onto the 4th floor.

Liked: - The family room was kind of small but overall it's a good value and great choice for a big group of friends. - Front desk was really friendly and helpful. - Hotel has 24hr gym and restaurant/bar on the ground floor that operates til late :)- Breakfast was good and we all really enjoyed it every morning!- Amazing location - 1 min walk to the shopping mall, 5 min to the train station.
Disliked: The shower in my room was kind of broken, making the hot water feels like room temperature water. It was already cold when I visited Stockholm (around 6-12 Celsius degrees at night & in the morning) making every shower I took quite unpleasant. We told the front desk about it on the first night (Saturday), and they sent the technician on Monday morning which is understandable as they don't work on the weekend. They fixed the hot water eventually but that was the last night we stayed at the hotel.

Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned properly, stains on the chair and on the walls. A spot with, what looked like mold in the closet. No hairdryer or air conditioning. Wasn’t able to open the window either so the air became really warm and bad. However the reception was really cool, bunch of places to sit, and the breakfast was really good:)
