Disliked: We were dissatisfied with the check-in. When it was 35 minutes late. we think it is poorly done. 10-15 minutes is acceptable, but over half an hour is too bad since the check-in time is so late.

Liked: Friendly staff. Pretty good breakfast. Convenient for buses into Oslo & to train station.
Disliked: Single beds are small, not enough double rooms

Great Hotel

Liked: 1)The staff were exceptional very proffesional and attentive.2)The key to a good hotel is that the staff being treated well and besides being professional all staff also had access to the free coffee machines after the reception.3) Breakfast and dinner were great - look at my pics.
Disliked: The only issue was that the bed matress was too soft for me, but that is a 1st world problem.
