Liked: Staff attention very good & pleasant
Disliked: Difficult access to all areas - confusing plan of facility with no decent signage - e.g lifts / bathroom facilities / direction to Cafe / Restaurant confusing / long walks for people with mobility issues / car parking confusing.........

Nice room, had great toiletries....

Liked: Location was great, room was big, plenty of room a plus for me.
Disliked: The clothes line in the bathroom was stuck so couldn't use it. Lifts were a little confusing at first until I worked out which one I had to use.
