A pleasant hotel and all...

Liked: The location was good. The foyer area was attractive and the gym etc were good.
Disliked: Aircon not working properly, fridge not very cold, bathroom floor tiles need to be checked.

Fabulous stay, great room and...

OK once we changed rooms.

Disliked: We were given a room out the back of the hotel as far away from reception as you could get - we got the impression that if you book through bookings.com you can expect to be out the back. The bathroom in this room smelt of damp and there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower.After complaining to reception we were eventually moved to another room in the main part of the hotel.We stay at this venue at least twice a year and haven't had a problem until this visit. We will be thinking twice about staying there again.
