Liked: The location is very central, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. We were also happy with the coffee and water refreshments that were renewed every day.

Liked: Location is great. Staff great. In room amenities on target. Breakfast buffet is just like home!
Disliked: The bread at breakfast is not quite as good as the dinner bread at French House. I'm glad they don't serve palmiers at breakfast because I would eat them all!

Liked: The location is ideal, very central. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable and very clean.

Liked: the bed was comfortable. liked the lounge. staff was nice.
Disliked: the room we were given on the fourth floor (a queen sized room) had an attic style window in the ceiling and small windows less than a metre tall at the bottom of the room. Despite the room size this made me claustrophobic and we asked to be moved to another room with a NORMAL window. The room we were moved to was not the same size and the view was of a wall. I think selling rooms with virtually no windows is unprofessional.
