Our experience was excellent.

Liked: The hotel's location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient. Trams, buses, and the shopping streets are all within a short walking distance. Despite being central the hotel is situated on a quiet street.The breakfast was superb, offering a reasonable variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The staff truly stood out for their helpfulness and politeness, always ready to assist. The room size was convenient, providing enough space to relax comfortably and the Wi-Fi and internet speed were excellent. We also appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room, with free coffee and tea capsules provided. We also used the fridge for some local produce we bought during the day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Liked: The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was spacious and very clean
Disliked: The bleach smell, probably from the cleaning was a bit too much in the bathroom.
