Was expecting better quality from...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: First room had a heavy smoke odor. Replacement room didn’t have the smell of smoke but the carpets were filthy, mold on the curtains above the air unit, spiders and roaches in the room, couldn’t regulate the temperature., no WiFi.

Good stay.

Liked: It was clean, and had a restaurant inside, which was nice if we needed it.
Disliked: Our heater wasn’t but just turned it off when it got too hot.

Very poor

Disliked: We booked on Booking.com same day. Going to NC to get my son out of Asheville. When we got there at 10pm, We're immediately told there were no rooms available. That's fine, I get it. The hotel lobby & bathrooms were not maintained & dirty, grimy & pretty gross. Glad we didn't end up staying there.
