Disappointing

Liked: The male receptionist was pleasant and accomodating.
Disliked: One of the pillows was torn. Didn’t want to check the other pillows, we may be surprise what we could have found. It’s a little outdated. When we initially walked in the smell was off. And some parts of the carpet going to the bathroom had threads lose. And the rust on the bathtub needs fixing. Few more little things we noticed.

Liked: Good value
Disliked: The room was okay bit dated. Breakfast was awful

I would stay here again....

Liked: Room was large clean and modern. Bathroom was clean, modern and had a bonus bath. The desk and chair was a very useful extra.Free WIfi Was good.
Disliked: TV was not a smart TV. I had a streaming device. so I managed to get around this.Location was OK. It is 10 minute flat walk from the center of the city. You are in the free bus zone but I chose to walk it every day(I know this was self inflicted). One night the laundry truck turned up a 4:00 am under my window. Made a bit of a racket. I am sure this could have be scheduled for a better time.

Exceptional

Sufficient, good to just sleep....

Liked: The bedroom was good, no issues. The general property is old and run down, and in need of work. The lifts and lobby are very dated.
Disliked: The property location and general run down look of the property outside of the rooms

Pleasant

Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable and the cold tap leak’s constantly

Disappointing

Liked: Comfortable walking distance to the centre of Perth
Disliked: The Foyer was old and worn out

Good for a short stay

Liked: The service was 10/10 on arrival and departure, the ladies were lovely. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.
Disliked: The hallway smelt like smoke and sewerage in some areas. There was no fan in the bathroom and you had to pay for parking on top of the room charge.

Great location

Liked: We were relocated to a better room inmirning after arriving late at night and finding the room not suitable. There wasnt anything that could be done due tothe lateness at night but in morning the matter was resolved. The new room was better furnished and facilities were better. The location if this hotel is fabulous for elizabeth quay area.
Disliked: The first room we were offered was not the standard we expected. The sink in bathroom was badly marked. Initially, as it was late at night the staff on duty was unable to help. When we went to reception in morning an alternative was offered which was great, and so the matter was resolved.Staff were really pleasant and helpful.
