Basic but clean facility. Nice seeing the indoor pool open. Very prompt, polite staff! Quiet and safe parking area. We recommend the Quails Nest for a nice, inexpensive hotel close to Ozarks Amphitheater.

Disliked: The pool was closed even though it's indoors. The wifi wouldn't work. No minifridge or microwave. The shower had you had to really recline your head to reach it and there was mold all over the ceiling

Disliked: Nice on the outside. The room, not so much. Broken loose tiles in the bathroom, stained nasty carpet. 1 bed was just ok, the other couldn't be slept in. It was too sagged in the middle. No coffee, prepackaged little Debbie cakes for breakfast. Paid twice what I should have, and it would have been better at a motel 6. Stayed 3 nights total.

Liked: Nice location, close to good selection of restaurants and the highway.
Disliked: Floors were very dirty. Front door was super thin, able to hear everything in parking lot all night as well as the neighbors door slam each time they left the room.

Liked: This is an older hotel. The rooms could use a little updating but still comfortable. The room we had was vety spacious. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Outdoor pool was closed for the season. Nice outdoor space. They have breakfast but we didn't use that service so can't speak on that. Very budget friendly. Overall I will stay there again.
Disliked: The only thing I wasn't fond of being older people was the small kids running back and forth in and out of the pool and hot tub. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy that area in a little more quiet relaxing way. Maybe a a couple hours in the evening for seniors only?

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Quiet location.
Disliked: Expected a somewhat hot breakfast for a continental breakfast or have more of an assortment. Rooms needed to be updated. Difficuly to push room door open due to thick weather stripping. Air/furnace was kind of noisy. Ice machine was dirty on outside and scoop kept outside (probably not the best location for an ice machine). As older person and senior mother, we did not like middle of 2nd floor location for distance and difficulty getting luggage and things to room. No cart available to help move things. Checking in wasn't real smooth. Had inexperienced cleaning person check us in. Staff didn't seem very interested or attentive to us as customers.
