Liked: Beautiful artwork lovely high spec rooms with very comfy bedAlso loved the Dyson hairdryer and bathroom amenities
Disliked: We requested early checkin at booking tine, also the phone in the days prior and on arrival at the hotel as we were getting collected by a bus to go to a wedding .Our room was still not ready even though the reception said they had put a note thru to housekeeping for our room to be serviced We ended up having to get wedding ready downstairs . This was disappointing

Liked: Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff, room was cozy, bed so comfy, bath was perfect and the pool and spa were amazing.
Disliked: The shower design gets water all over the floor but it is what it is, I asked for extra towels and they arrived within 5 mins.

Liked: We were upgraded because the first room had not been cleaned well.
Disliked: Not the best neighbourhood. Parking is expensive and options are inadequate.

Liked: Location - was there for the Banksy Exhibition. Unfortunately breakfast was no longer available. But the really great thing was all the original artworks on display

Liked: This hotel had a great balcony and view of the Harbour. The room was really nice and cozy, tub with bath salts were wonderful. The breakfast was delicous!
