Service needs improvement

Liked: Good location and the hotel has a nice feel to it. Parking is good and access to local restaurants is good.
Disliked: We have stayed here alot and the service has always been really good, not sure what has changed but the service was terrible this stay. Our rooms were not ready at 3pm checkin, then we got checked into the wrong room (had booked and paid for a harbourview suite and initially got checked into a cheap back room/no views) it took management at reception a long time to sort the issue. We didnt get room service the two nights we stayed and had to ask for fresh towels etc. Ordered food from room service and never arrived, then when we asked about it arrived cold. Breakfast is a bit odd and you cant order what you want........you get told what you can have and in limited amounts. Coffee in the morning when we were leaving was unavailable.

Disliked: We did not get the quality of room we booked and no compensation for it. The restaurant staff were snarky.
