Liked: The Room's bathroom was not cleaned following the previous guest. There was clumps of hair stuck to the wall of the shower with bodily fluid stuck to it. Because it was long dark hair stuck to dark tiles it was hard to see. We took a photo and showed a management representative who came to the room to remove it and they seemed very casual about the discovery. Very disappointed and a serious health risk

Liked: The location and staff were great.
Disliked: The value for money was not great. Didn’t even have complimentary tea and coffee, you had to pay for it. For $450 for one night I’d expect at the very least for the tea and coffee to be included. The bath was not clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was tiny.

Disliked: The shower did not function properly; as soon as the water pressure increased, it sprayed directly toward the ceiling. The centrally located ceiling rose shower was supposed to be fixed on the first day, but the following morning, the same issue occurred. This is not what I would expect when paying nearly $500 a night.
