Expensive for what you get

Liked: Front desk staff were great
Disliked: Coffee frother was left dirty on multiple days by house keeping. Lady in diner, proved very poor service. Property needs some paint.

Liked: Very clean Beautiful roomStaff were very accommodating, caring and went the extra mile by leaving a note, helping us with drying our hiking gear and remembering our room number when we spoke to them
Disliked: We were on floor 7 and had a “balcony” room. I was very disappointed to find the balcony was one step up from the carpark and our view was obstructed by the Rydges building. Level 7-9 are in the same price bracket. I think level 7 should be cheaper and the photos shouldn’t show a true balcony. I was quite upset about it and even looked at the availability online to change rooms but the hotel was booked out. It is a bit of a walk to get to the front of the hotel as you need to walk through the Rydges but the quality of the QT is worth it.
