Liked: Awesome customer service and awesome room. Beds are super comfortable and great to watch a movie in bed. Bathroom strange layout with vanity in bedroom but it works great to have such huge shower and bath space. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location and rooms are...

Liked: The facility is nice, however staff seem to be disconnected and disorganised. I had to call before going to visit to confirm details and they couldn’t find my booking and when I asked if there was an opportunity to have a room towards the light the staff member dismissed me and said I already had the best room based on the room name and I could look elsewhere if it wasn’t sufficient(I just wanted confirmation if I could pay to upgrade). Then when I arrived there was a lot of issues with check in and not knowing if I had paid or not and what that looked like. I was told I couldn’t get late check out even if I paid as they don’t know the capacity of the hotel. I ordered coffee to the room and got delivered dairy milk even though I ordered almond milk. Could be fantastic , was just a bit average.

Liked: Everything! The room was a dream. The staff were exceptional. Good gym. Perfect location in Perth for shopping & eateries. Restaurant was great & so was the room service. Highly recommend for city stay cation. Very quiet - no noise was hearable from other rooms.

Never again

Liked: Inept front of house staff. They had no problem giving my wife and I a key each when we checked in, however when hers failed to work after visiting the gym, all of a sudden ‘security’ was an issue and they insisted on phoning my mobile while in a conference. Very annoying. To make matters worse, after checking out today, there was no bathroom available! Apparently the ‘security’ chestnut again. Another guest had not returned the only key for the bathroom. Would not stay there again, Fawlty Towers at best.
