Fabulous weekend getaway

Liked: We loved the gorgeous room, the comfortable bed, lovely shampoo and conditioner and skin care items, the friendliness of the staff and especially the rooftop bar.
Disliked: I’m coeliac and the breakfast options weren’t clear and didn’t look good so we didn’t eat breakfast or any meals there.

Liked: The hotel is gorgeous, the staff lovely & friendly & super helpful. Always enjoy staying at the QT Viaduct!
Disliked: The air con in our room (518) was not able to be adjusted by us and became an annoyance as each time we wanted to make an adjustment, we had to bother reception - seemed a bit odd & not really great at that level.

Disliked: Very dark in the room, even though we were upgraded to a balcony suite (which we were very grateful for, esp the fresh air) it was still so dark in the room. Absolutely hate it when hotels don’t use a doona cover and instead makeshift a doona cover out of flat sheets….which inevitably come apart during the night and you end up touching the manky doona underneath. SO GROSS!!!!!! beds way too soft as were the pillows
