Loved the place and the...

Liked: Location was perfect very close to the restaurants and the beach view was amazing
Disliked: Beds were hard, couch was too low

We enjoyed our stay, so...

Liked: Staff - the cleaning staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Location- Perfect. Entry/ Exit - easy and accessible. A very short walk to the beach. Amenities - I loved the gym ( could do with some more weights), Loved all the pools, very clean and open great hours so if they were busy you could return later when they weren't as busy. Every thing was clean.
Disliked: View - "Ocean view." Had to look out a corner window of the lounge area, couldn't see the ocean at all from the bedroom. Room - The room itself was clean, but I couldn't find power points in bathroom?Staff - The desk staff could do with some lessons in helping people. For example, I had no idea how to find my room. Another guest using the lift explained the floor/room number system. I felt rushed through my check ins and checkouts. No one ever said good morning or good afternoon as we walked through, its the small things.

Don't Bother there are plenty...

Liked: Fantastic views, nice kitchen
Disliked: The bathroom had poor ventilation and poor lighting. One sink only. One plug under the draw, hard to find and not accessible. Dual doors to the bathroom which was uncomfortable. The sliding door to the bathroom kept getting stuck. No basic bathroom toiletries like shower cap or moisturizer. Minimal towels. One power plug in room. Not easily accessible. Only sheets with a thin blanket no other warm doonas. No blinds at all in lounge room so absolutely no privacy in lounge room. Not ventilated balcony and strange layout. Very uncomfortable couch. No Netflix in main TV. Kitchen was poorly layout with utensils. Coffee machine not very good. Strange space with no purpose and two stools in corner. Could of been cleaner. Room service had a $10 charge and only went from 11am-8pm. Staff were rude and condescending. Buffet breakfast overpriced and average. Had to walk around and outside to access buffet and car as it is in another building. Really disappointing bday stay.
