Comfortable room with serious overnight...

Liked: Room was pleasant and clean.Shower was level access, which was good.
Disliked: Bedroom doors were unable to be locked from the inside.2 rooms of colleagues were entered by a member of the public at 3:20 on the Sunday morning.We need to feel safe in our bedrooms - an essential of any hotel stay.

Disliked: Rooms did not lock from the inside.2 bed rooms of colleagues were entered by a member of the public at 3:20am.Lack of locks is not acceptable at all - we need to be able to feel safe.

Liked: Perfect location near to train station, restaurants and shops
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed and we're rudely woken up by people banging on our door at 3:30am. When we spoke to the receptionist in the morning there was no apology

Location was perfect for my...

Liked: The location was the main factor as I was attending my cousin’s 30th birthday party, which was only a short walk away. From where we parked we also were only a short walk away to the hotel. So very convenient! I also liked the balcony, although it’s a shame there wasn’t a table or chairs to have the opportunity to sit outside and make the most of the balcony. However, I was not in the room for long anyway so it wasn’t a big deal!
Disliked: As soon as I entered my room, it stunk of cigarette smoke. I kept the balcony doors open to let some air in but couldn’t get rid of the smell unfortunately so I’m assuming it’s just embedded into the carpets and furniture from previous guests. A bit disappointed as this was an executive room and cost more money so it didn’t match the type of extra luxury you paid for. The timer set on the light near the door wasn’t working very well, as I was getting my makeup done it just kept going on and off even though I was moving, so that was a bit annoying! The bed was also too firm for my liking so didn’t have a very comfortable sleep.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Great location if you want to visit Putney. It's a 30 minute subway drive to the city, though. Putney itself is a great neighborhood to visit.
Disliked: The room could use some maintenance. There was an annoying beep in the bathroom and the door sometimes won't close.
