Disliked: The room was very dark, even with the lights on I had to use the light on my phone to put on my makeup!!!One lampshade was very dirty, it looked like coffee spilt all over it that hadn’t been cleaned.The bed was very firm

Better than expected.

Liked: Wasn't as bad as some reviews indicate. Cleanliness 8/10. Comfy beds. Good location. Good heating. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Insufficient pillows (only 3 available in total, 2 on bed plus only one spare). Toiletries basic, from a wall dispenser (soap and shower gel only). £50 refundable deposit. Insufficient lighting to apply makeup (lights dim and poorly located). No full length mirror.

Good location, but not worth...

Liked: The location is great, lots of local transport connections, bars, food/restaurants and shop.The room was lovely and spacious, but poor lighting, there was a film over the mirrors so if you’re needing to do make up, take an extra mirror and even a light if you can!
Disliked: The breakfast is not worth the additional money, it was actually quite depressing to be frank.
