Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: No house keeping and no hot breakfast and no laundry on facility.

Comfortable hotel in Put-in-Bay

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good location
Disliked: Expensive. We were stranded on the island because of weather and all ferries were cancelled. We were charged a weekend rate for an extra night (friday) $227 despite it being late season.

Liked: Front desk staff was nice . Main entrance looked good
Disliked: We stayed on the 3rd floor and all of the food in the vending machines were past the expiration date and the soda machines were all coming up “ sold out” . The linen had stains on them . I appreciated that the rooms had hardwood floors it feels less dirty than carpets but our feet were dirty from walking around on them like they haven’t been mopped

Liked: Location was.close.to the strip, easy walk to everything. Pool, Tiki bar, and bartender were.all.great. Golf cart rentals were quick and easy with decent prices. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room was dirty, stains on the walls, desk chair had holes and stains, commode had mold inside. . . Linens were poorly stocked with only one full size towel for a double occupancy weekend. . .pictures of the rooms must have been taken years ago. . .
