Good location and wonderful rooftop...

Liked: Pool and view from rooftop was exceptional! Rooms were comfortable. Parking and moving in process good.
Disliked: Was not good for our situation where we had 3 families staying. One family was pushed out due to owners selling, however did give good notice period to arrange other accommodation. The biggest issue is that we could not get access to the floor the other family was staying on. Apparently it was for privacy, however it was suggested that we swap keys for access which was really inconvenient and gave us access to the floor, so the privacy was no different to us getting access to the floor. Great place if you are just in the one room.

Apartment Stay

Liked: Comfortable apartment, close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Debbie is friendly and informative when checking in and if you havany other questions about the area. Roof top pool is good

Disliked: The noise at night/early morning from the street. Was apparently okay on higher levels but we were on the 3rd level and it was noisy. A few maintenance issues which didn’t overly impact our holiday but are in need of doing. Eg. Pool and sauna had tiles missing and nails poking out of the sun’s bucket, our chairs in the lounge room were broken. Guy seemed very nice, the lady was pleasant but very inflexible.

Liked: The location of the property is very good. Just park the car and forget about it as everything is in walking distance. The pool area is fantastic with great views across the water. Rooms are slightly dated but still very comfortable with ample room for everyone. The team of Debbie and Clive are so friendly and made the stay a pleasure!!

Great location

Liked: Great location, short walk to Bullcock Beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The pool roof top area was very nice. We loved the hot tub. Our 3 bedroom apartment suited us very well and had everything we needed.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
