Disliked: It’s tired and needs an overhaul to continue to charge premium prices. Breakfast was pretty ordinary. Took me a long time to check in.

Liked: room view was excellent, location to shops / cafe train station excellent, rooms were clean and tidy, though looking a little tired for 2025. could do with renovations, shower over bath very dated and dangerous for more your elderly clients. but overall a great place to stay

It is NOT a 5star...

Liked: The staff at reception were quite helpful and they did try to problem solve.
Disliked: I had internet for 2dys then I didn't. Managers tried to help but IT said it was my computer. Yet, they allowed me to use their internet in the lobby. I asked an IT friend in Sydney and others and the comments I received were, if my computer is working downstairs then it should work upstairs. Very inconvenient for me. I want to use my computer in my room. I also asked another couple on the same floor 13 and they had issues but not as severe as me. Once I had a conversation with the manager about the cleaning of my room it was then satisfactory. I had to ask them to refill toilet paper, etc. Elevators were slow, 1 was out of order and the screen in the elevator did not work.
