No complains but far from...

Disliked: No complains but Sydney Hyde Pullman is not a 5 star hotel, I would recommend changing this so most people will not happy rocking up to a 3 4star at best when advertised as 5 star

Liked: sauna wasn't working & one lift not working over 4cday trip. Staffcwas amazing

Liked: The lifts are being repaired, it takes a very long time to move from floor to floor.

Good stay and helpful staff

Liked: Breakfast was good. The staff at the restaurant and in room dining are very effecient.
Disliked: Rooms need deep cleaning. After room change it was good.

Nice get away

Liked: I loved the location, staff . The room was nice the only real issue I had was the bathroom it was dirty and very cramped .There was no room between the sink and the toilet could have been better designed .
