Very good

Liked: The staff was very nice and the location was great. The facility itself is a little funky.
Disliked: The rooms are okay and the lake view is nice, but the layout of the rooms is odd and they could use nicer carpet and amenities.

Te Aho was the receptionist...

Liked: The staff, was amazing. There were a few mishaps with the booking and had to be downgraded due to air conditioning not working but the staff did their best to counter that with other services like valet parking etc.
Disliked: Over priced food for what we got.

Liked: restaurant was great, facilities were great, staff was great
Disliked: conditioner bottle in shower was basically empty- was half a pump left. there were also only two towels, 4 in a room is always great (for girls with long hair ha) with out having to call for extra towels.
