Liked: Liked location. Very very helpful staff at from desk. She went out of her way twice to give me excess thru back door too my carpark.
Disliked: Been to most parts of the world and used hotel but never experienced this bad sleeping arrangement especially for the dollar we spent. I mentioned very clearly that we were 4 adults and 2 kids and paid for 2 separate rooms and unlike intercontinental who gave us 2 queen beds Pullman only gave one queen bed in both rooms. Where did they expect the kids to sleep. When i ask for additional bed they asked for extra money. Pathetic!!
